Well, reading the Casey and Andy webcomic made me misinterpret the rear bumper of a Chevy van as "Asstard" instead of "Astro". And I chuckled a lot when Sun was going to call their new blade server line "Sunblades", which would have been perfectly reasonable if not already the name of a munchkin D&D magic weapon.

I'm sure there are more examples every week, but those spring most readily to mind.
