How would you describe the feel of the characters in 4.0? Because of the emphasis on tactical combat in 3.X, I felt like it was much more of a wargame than an RPG. I did like the way skills worked, but I felt like there was too much in the way of combat-useful skills, making it hard to spend on RP-skills, crafts, etc.
