I agree with looking at Schroeder’s Ventus for inspiration, for truly hypertech style nanotech, some of the stuff in Alastair Reynolds' novel Pushing Ice (such as the picotech teleportation and the picotech army of deadly servitors) is good for really high end stuff. In any case, is this magic all nanotech, or a mixture of psi + nanotech, or is it less defined? I ask specifically, because one of the first things I want to know about any magic system is what magic can't do. I find magic systems where magic simply can't be used for certain tasks to be far more interesting than those where it can ultimately be used to do anything.
