 It's a pity I didn't make any provisions for kobolds in tonight's game, because otherwise, I would certainly use this game tool (, courtesy of Mike mearls' journal):

Since Mr. Mearls is one of the designers of D&D 4th edition, I'm looking forward to seeing this chart displayed prominantly in the "Kobold" entry of the Monster Manual.  I mean, it BETTER be.
