It wasn't so bad- based on my experience with cons, I think I can safely say there will ALWAYS be drama of one sort or another, and the important thing is how one deals with it. In my case, I think I need to build up a more robust support system if I'm going to be running a LARP.

And yes, the players were hilarious; I had trouble at times adjucating, since I was literally falling down with laughter.
