The bet, the terms thereoff

So, in order to get started on this excercise and diet kick, RxM and I set up a bet.  Unfortunately, I only have part of mine, since I don't have a proper gym like Sandy has, only a room with a treadmill and a broken stairmaster.   So I need some help on coming up with reasonable goals for the bet.

Given: By Conquest, August 15:
  • Lose 15 pounds

  • ???  Any suggestions?
As for a forfeit, I agree to actually run a game using my Under the Green Moon setting.  Which will be painfull and nerve-wracking.

Getting us on Weight Watchers next month. This should help.

I only ever use the treadmill these days, and it works great for my weight loss. That and free weights and a fitness ball are pretty much it. Wanna get some cheap weights at Sports Basement next month?

Also, you omitted a crucial detail to the Under the Green Moon portion of the payoff. This is not a "open only to my friends who will respect my vision" running of the campaign, but an open-table "please god, let the Munchkins all be out to lunch for the next 6 hours" offering of the game.

Feel the burn, baby.

Waaaaaahhhh!

I prefer the "Anam_Moon has to cosplay Morrigan" penalty.

As do we all, but I'm sure that this penalty will provide better motivation.

Weight Watchers online has helped me, mainly in teaching proper portion sizes, though the recipe database with food values helps as well. I've dropped twenty pounds so far since November.
