At least the ones who want to be ninja value the *ideas* of physical fitness, completing goals, and dedication to a cause, whereas the vamposers want everything handed to them. All the modern interpretations of being turned into a vampire say that you'll magically be thin, beautiful, well-dressed, and have awesome powers, without actually having to work for anything. The rest is snarky politicking. Wannabe honor-warriors vs entitled brats? I pick the former.
