Na'vi Anti-Defamation League

Community: We Are Na'vi: worth reading for the amusement value of the invasion by the Daleks, the "interest" expressed by a U.S. military commander, and the anti-Na'vi propaganda posters. 

Confused?   fridgepunk explains as snarkily as possible about Otherkin, the Na'vi Otherkin, and the conflict they're between the two groups, caused by the Otherkin finding Na'vikin weird and not true Otherkin.  That's right: the Otherkin find them messed up. 

Now there's some people who suspect that the NADL is a joke.  I'd like to think so, but well....

And here I was just thinking to myself (having just seen Avatar for the first time this weekend) that I was rather dreading the eventual appearance of Na'vikin...and they've already appeared. That was fast.

(How sad is it that I totally knew this movie was going to generate 'kin?)

While I suspect the actual pronunciation involves a short "a" sound, I keep looking at that name and wondering if their rivals are the Ar'Mi and Ayr'Forse.
