Dr. Who meets D&D

"OK the door opens, and in the room is (rolls 1D4) three Daleks. They all say "Exterminate" and point their ray guns at you."
" I try  to bluff them. (roll) 12. Crap.
"They aren't impressed. Roll initiative.
"Um,  let's see...+4 for Improved Initiative...20. I go first? Ok, I run."
"So you move 12 squares down the corridor. Dalek 1 moves 3 squares into the corridor, turns, and moves two squares. Dalek 2 moves 4 squares into the corridor, turns and moves 1 square. Dalek 3 moves 5 squares, and is in the doorway. I'll give you +2 cover bonus against that one. Anyway, they fire. What's your AC?"
"Uh, I don't have any armor...13?"
"Hit, hit, hit. You take 103 points of damage. Your turn."
"Ouch. Can I draw my sonic screwdriver and use it this turn?"
"Do you have Quick Draw?"
"Uh, no...uh, I have Sleight of Hand?"
"Right. That's your standard action then. The Daleks attack (roll), you take 120 damage."
"Crap. I'm dead.".
"So roll up a new character. And this time, don't pull that crap of making the same guy, and adding a number after his name."

Calling bullshit on Move 5 Daleks. Killer GM sighted. Those pepper pots are like move 3, 4 tops. Also hell, even a level 1 character wouldn't have 13AC unless he dumped both Int *and* Dex.
