This is one of the reasons why I stopped watching medical dramas. Much like the Law&Order franchise, the drama was done quite well - somewhat too well, and I have better things in life to get worked up over. I also don't want to get worked up over the medicine, which has enough kernels of truth to be verisimilar and enough total shlock to send someone like me, child of two medical professional, into conniptions. Much like the ones that people don't get from having a frigging MRI. Maybe I'm still peeved over how the ignorance of the masses forced that wonderful imaging system's name changed from its original
