Happy International Pixel-Stained Technopeasent Day!
As much as I enjoy the idea of International Pixel-Stained Technopeasent Day, I confess I haven't done much for it. Nothing I have in the mixer currently is worth showing, so instead I went and read the ever-surreal Rebecca Borgstrom's "Hitherby Dragons site, and then poked around Neal Gaiman's short stories for a bit.
I know that according to the VP of the SFWA, it's wrong, but let's face it, the guy's a tool, and anyway I'm a fan of, and free stuff. I could wax poetic about memes and new styles of doing business, and creative freedom in a new medium...but I'm just glad I get to read Rebecca's stuff whenever I want. I hope IPSTD becomes a yearly event.
If it does, I'll even write something for it.
