roseembolism | Oh no, left out in the cold

I'm currently resisting the urge to buy a one-day or at-the-door pass to Dundracon. I had been so absorbed with job hunt and other settling in type stuff, that I hadn't even really thought about Dundracon, until i noticed how many of my friends up here were going to be spending the weekend there. And now I'm looking at the prospect of an extended weekend with spotty internet access, rainy weather, and frankly, not much to do.

I just have to keep telling myself that it would be too expensive. No really, it would. Maybe. *sigh*

On the plus side, I finally gt the cat to approach me t be petted on Valentine's day, by lying on the living room floor. Playing dead for an extended period of time sounds like a good cheap way to spend the weekend...
