A question for y'all: hair cutters

It's come to that time again- only 2.5 months after I had my hair cut, I'm once again getting a shaggy mane that will interfere with job hunting. Problem is, I can't just go into any hair cutter;
My "Naturally Curly Hair"(tm) is difficult to cut, and will end up in cowlicks if touched by some boob from Supercuts.

So my question is: does anyone have a recommended hair stylist? Preferably one who has experience with curly hair? Reasonable prices would be nice too, but number one is finding someone who can cut my hair.

Any suggestions?
