You know, it's really hard to find an Irish toast that doesn't sound like a threat, an insult, or just confusing.

How about "May you live all the years of your life"? Naah.
"May you die in bed at 95, shot by a jealous spouse."? Umm.
"May your house always be too small to hold all your friends"? Well...
In any case, you have my best wishes for the upcoming year. I hope our friendship will continue to deepen like, umm, a thing that gets deeper.
